Spring is all about clean spaces, natural light, and greenery. There’s something so refreshing about a bright airy bedroom that just wants to make us hit snooze. Here are some beautiful examples of airy bedrooms perfect for springtime snoozing:
All that fluffy white bedding looks so dreamy in this wonderfully lit room. We love how the clean white shelving let’s all the little knickknacks speak for themselves, and the burst of freshness the leafy plant provides.
Clean, calm, and serene. The neutral colors of the throw and rug ground this bright white room, and who wouldn’t love to wake up to a bouquet of bright flowers?
We love all the personality brought into this airy space with bright mixed textiles and the casually draped night light.
Airy and clean but with warm hues and some wonderful texture, this bedroom feels feminine and sophisticated.
This vibrant space is aglow with natural light that brings out the gorgeous colorful textiles and accents. Clean wood and big windows keep the homey decor from feeling cluttered.

We love this layered tablecloth look! It’s easy to recreate with fabric, and the rustic feel means no hemming is needed!
Butcher paper and crayons make the dining experience fun for little ones. But if we’re being totally honest, it looks great, and would be a perfectly acceptable last minute solution for the grown up table, too!
Here’s another fun way to make your table interactive — more free printables!
For easy seasonal decorations, paint some empty cans (we know you’ll have some after you’re done baking that pie!) and fill them with feathers!
You can also create a beautiful centerpiece using some rosy red apples. The white candles and greenery give it such a cozy, inviting feel.
You can also keep your table looking and smelling great by making some simple bouquets from fresh herbs! Talk about appetizing!
In 2014, Pantone announced Radiant Orchid as the color of the year, and while the lilac-y tone was fun and bright, we are excited to see more of the 2015 Pantone color — Marsala. Marsala is a warm, rustic brown-hued red that has a versatile and timeless feel that goes great in just about any space. Here are a few fun finds:
Marsala plays well with others! In this living room, the earthy reds of the couch and rug are the perfect compliment to the blue and gold elements.
It also looks great against this sophisticated white palate — you can find hints of Marsala in tons of gorgeous oriental rugs we have here in the showroom!
Marsala can be a vibrant accent wall that adds some POP without being overbearing.
And it can also work as a more subtle splash of color, as with this striped throw.
We love the way this deep red tub livens up this bathroom.
A color that evokes so much spice and richness goes perfectly in the kitchen, too!
We love springtime, all the sunshine, greenery shooting up everywhere, blossoms and blooms! When we think spring, we think fresh and clean, so we decided to share some bright fresh kitchens and the salads we’d love to make in them:
This kitchen is still bright and airy with natural wooden counter tops and distinctive dark cabinets. We’d like to munch on a watermelon and blueberry spinach salad here!
We’d like to make a spring salad with carrot ginger miso dressing in this whimsical kitchen!
How about a refreshing massaged kale salad in this funky modern kitchen?
This cheerful kitchen is the perfect place to prepare a tasty strawberry spring salad with lemon roasted chickpeas and lemon shallot dressing!
We love the warm accents and open shelving in this kitchen, and we wouldn’t mind digging into a burrata and heirloom tomato carprese salad here!
Yum! What’s your favorite spring salad?
Fall presents us with a myriad of beautiful colors to work into our decor. Here are some fun ways you can add autumn leaves to your spaces to give them a fun hint of fall:
1. Display autumn leaves by pressing them between panes of glass and framing them in warm colors.
2. Or, display them atop the pages of an old book or newspaper!
3. You can display a multitude of leaves and colors with this simple project.
4. Or simply purchase a set of falling leaves wall decals.
5. Autumn branches make for a great centerpiece, and they look great with these small white pumpkins!
6. They also look great in a rustic basket display.
7. You can decorate bare branches with little paper leaves or poetic snippets, like this unique display.
8. Preserve and display the natural colors of autumn leaves by dipping them in wax.
9. Decorate mason jars with leaves to create a warm candle holder.
10. Or simply tie leaves around a candle votive. The string or twine adds a rustic touch.
11. You can even decorate the candles themselves!
12. Dip leaves in gold paint to give them an elegant look.
13. Or try a silver dip if you prefer it! The brown in the leaves goes great with rustic glass vases.
14. You can even add some metallic autumnal flair to the nursery with this adorable leaf mobile on Etsy.
